中小企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險的分析與控制

摘 要

企業(yè)興衰，財務(wù)為本。上市公司在經(jīng)營過程中，財務(wù)風(fēng)險和企業(yè)的收益有著密切的聯(lián)系。財務(wù)風(fēng)險具有不確定的特點，如果企業(yè)處理不當(dāng)會使得企業(yè)在市場的競爭中處于不利的狀態(tài)。對于一個企業(yè)來說，財務(wù)風(fēng)險對現(xiàn)金流的影響很大。都說財務(wù)是企業(yè)的命脈，決定著企業(yè)的采購生產(chǎn)以及銷售等環(huán)節(jié)能否正常進(jìn)行。本論文以云天化集團(tuán)作為依據(jù)，對企業(yè)的財務(wù)風(fēng)險與防范兩個問題進(jìn)行了深層次的解析。找出財務(wù)風(fēng)險出的原因?qū)τ谄髽I(yè)的重要性對此分析，找出財務(wù)風(fēng)險帶來的危害和影響利用所學(xué)的知識進(jìn)一步的討論。財務(wù)分析是財務(wù)管理的核心財務(wù)風(fēng)險分析及對策財務(wù)風(fēng)險分析及對策，財務(wù)預(yù)測是財務(wù)決策的關(guān)鍵，決策者制定公司年度計劃的同時離不開對財務(wù)風(fēng)險和防范措施之間的預(yù)防。企業(yè)管理者通常的決策依據(jù)是財務(wù)，通過對本公司的財務(wù)報表分析，管理者能夠及時的做出更具科學(xué)性的決策。在論文的寫作過程中通過數(shù)據(jù)比對和數(shù)據(jù)分析，利用全面分析法對云天化及集團(tuán)的財務(wù)風(fēng)險和防范客觀的分析，這一過程警示企業(yè)資金要得到優(yōu)化，經(jīng)濟(jì)利潤要得到提升，就該重視財務(wù)風(fēng)險。
